Nestled in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside Rookery Cottage offers both residents and families a unique care experience.

Having over 29 years experience we understand the needs of the both our residents and their families and our small, family run and expertly staffed home can provide a level of bespoke care and attention that ensures high levels of support and trust between residents, families and ourselves.

With only 13 beds, we spend time with residents, getting to know them and working with them and their families in developing a care package that not only suits their physical support needs but also is tailored very specifically to them as individuals. Rookery Cottage is a place where the carers, managers and owners see each and every resident on a daily basis and a birthday is remembered rather than being "diarised".
 

This level of individual support is given through a dedicated and highly skilled staff team whose friendliness and professionalism is immediately apparent.  On average our staff team have worked at Rookery Cottage for twelve years and are thus able to provide the consistency of support central to the quality of care that Rookery Cottage provides.

The professionalism of all who work in the home is ensured through the continued training and development of staff and also through working closely with the Care Quality Commission registered care management team.
